Thing is, all this "medicine" is just basic water treatment products. Yes, bleaches are oxidizers and corrosive. But it's actually very difficult to get them to actually explode unless you add completely different compounds to them. You really have to work at it just to get powdered bleaches to burn on their own.

32:33 People have left Scientology and then gone off to form their own religions. The guy who founded Eckankar (Paul Twitchell) was an alleged Clear, as was Lewis Bostwick, who gave us the Berkeley Psychic Institute/The Church of Divine Man. Robert Moor and Mary-Anne MacLean went Clear in the early 1960s, left Scientology, formed a group called "Compulsions Analysis" which did psychotherapy with an e-meter. They got a nastygram from Hubbard over that, so they dropped the e-meter, formed a theology, changed their last names to "de Grimston" and became the Process Church of the Final Judgement. I could go on listing groups, but there had to be at least twenty cults/new religious movements/encounter groups started by ex-Scientologists or people who read the books and stole the concepts (Werner Erhard was one of those) over the last fifty years, and this is on top of all the "Scientologies outside Scientology" like the Free Zone and The Church of Independent Scientology. This stuff is not going away.

49:45 This is is a thing called "Episcopus vagans" or "wandering bishop" churches. These are churches outside of Anglicanism, Catholicism, or Orthodox Christianity, staffed by former consecrated priests of those religions, and most are very small. The "Bishopric mill" thing has been going on for decades, because you have to be an ordained, consecrated priest if you want to do Satanic rituals if you are are a true believer. There is always a small number of those people alongside the rest who are really big on running their own church, and then finding out how hard it is to do that.

39:33 Scientology has it's own "navy", the Sea Organization, a group that was never legally registered and incorporated unlike all the other Scientology arms and shell corporations. They used to wear naval uniforms and have a rank structure but it was all pretty ridiculous because most of them are groundskeepers, clerical staff, print shop staff, clerks in Scientology bookstores, etc. so they now dress like they work at a steakhouse or an upmarket department store if they have to deal with the public. Otherwise they wear work clothing or dress like office drones. Jim Humble might have been part of that when it actually did real Scientology crap like running auditing sessions with e-meters, or when they were the crews of Hubbard's three ships sailing around the Mediterranean, or making informational films for Scientology audiences.

​@@Ezekiel_Allium Similar, but not the same: chloride is ionized chlorine. Chlorite is an ionized chlorine-oxygen compound. Ordinary household bleach is a hypochlorite solution. There are also chlorate and perchlorate ions - all with different chemical properties, despite differing only in number of bonded oxygen atoms.

I've been kind of watching that whole train wreck from the beginning. KJ covered a lot of weirdos and got herself on the NonSequiturShow channel. I think she liked that dopamine drop so much that she went nuts chasing the dragon. She went WAY off the deep end and she's been successfully sued for defamation by so many people already... she's destroyed any good she might have done for the world.
