I have worked with Siva and Real works on several occasions. He is a gem of a person and is highly professional in his timelines, delivery quality and communication. He has high standards for Ethics, and there is no way he is in the wrong here.

Every small IT entrepreneur face this issue when dealing with Non IT clients. Indian clients wants google level products but it in a very restricted budget and time. Google is google because they invest as google both time and money.

Hope my friend siva and team realworks get justice. We know each-other from 2008. He is genuine and always honours his words. I can understand how much mental trauma and pain he, his family and team had been going through since April 2024. An in-person meeting could give a conclusion to this, which sadly the other party is cleverly trying to avoid at any cause. Let us have faith in the laws of our land and our judiciary system. 🙏

everyone hear one side of story... but the other person open up... it will show how the parthiban work with the team..... we software developers know... timeline deadline... for the work... we are asking actual time.. but they given 3 days for one module what will happen nothing gone a work right...... give the work with their timeline.. they know what to do... if not in your timeline go to another company... it is bad to degrade one person and company..... SivaPrasad don't take it over in your mind he will be anything.... focus on your another project... best of luck... bad time... you will good at one day.... leave it

VFX definitely it will take time for the wanted quality, if we try to push it get before, then the quality will break and the scene Impact become less, all are the time and effort and money, so give the time and needed money for the VFX team

Parthiban oru aakangetta koova. Egoistic and He thinks he knows everything but has zero knowledge about VFX process and how the VFX industry works. VFX artists are humans, but directors like parthiban have no concern for them. If he changing the edit he should bare the time and money expenses. Bcoz finished vfx shots are not gonna magically correct itself to the new edit. VFX artists even a 4 or 5 frames addition can cause a lot of headache than simply redoing the vfx from scratch for that shot. Idiatic Tamil directors should join VFX studios as juniors and learn the toil they're causing to the VFX industry.

Very Good interview by Kumudam team. Realworks Studios being a small team from Coimbatore was a big inspiration for past few years. Genuine speech by Sivaprasad. Good to know the person behind it. Without the storyboard given by the direction team, its not easy to guess the work of the vfx shots in the beginning. Can understand the hardwork by vfx team. Personally I like Parthiban as a good artist and I still do, but his anger on people around him for the work in the previous movies made me to dislike him as a person. Being a good person is important than being a good artist.

Parthiban gets very angry when his movies are either given poor reviews or in this case VFX team had caused a delay in his latest movie. I think he has BP issues. Only people with high BP gets stressed over such issues. He should learn to and de-stress and cool down because getting overly stressed like this is very bad for his heart

Here, real work is taken for granted. Akira Productions has taken the real work for granted. It seems like believing someone like Parthipan, who is a great technician in his cinema, but he needs to respect the person who does the technical work for him. Dont make unintelligent comments without vfx industry knowledge. Directors should know what they want. they should not keep changing scope of work until last minute and then refuse to pay for that. Once the edit is locked its locked. they should not change the edit, if they change the edit then the director should bare the time delay and extra cost. vfx is not going to magically do itself. its humans who are working on the computers. also in my opinion the mistake of mr.siva is he is soft and gullible. he should have boldly said No when its a no. he has industry expernce but I dont know why his approach is still like a noob. Every project should have a contract signed. its un professional to work without contract.
