At ~13:00, how did you calculate to get partial molar volume of H2O=17.74ml/mol?

Hey Lara, these values are from experimental data. I didn't calculate them, these are specifically for a 50:50 mixture and will change depending on the composition. These values are often given to you when solving these sorts of problems. They are either given outright or you are asked to interpret them from a plot.
