What would be more convenient for measurement in solutions would it be molar volume or partial molar volume because it almost acts as an intensive property to given mixture or combination of solution

Molar volume is only meaningful for a pure substance. In a solution, it's ambiguous what we mean by molar volume, so we have to use partial molar volume instead.

You said the dH = dH/dT*dT + dH/dP*dP and also applied it with dU but the intrinsic variables of H(S,P) while U(S,V) why can you then write them like H(P,T) and U(P,T)?

You're right that S and P are the natural variables of H. But that just means that H(S,P) has a simpler form than H(T,P). There is nothing to prevent us from considering H(T,P) or even H(T,V), or whatever we want
