I very much appreciate how clearly you summarized and presented that info in just a 4 min video. So many creators try to stretch out their videos for no real benefit other than trying to game the algorithm. Props to you and thanks again for this. I’m a noob lifter with not much time to go to the gym so I’ll be doing full ROM and combine with partials so that I can increase volume.

Thanks man! If a video hits 8mins you can add a mid roll ad and get more revenue. So many people do it. I struggle staying interesting for just 5mins lol... From the exercise side of this, people can get so into the weeds for 2% gains here or there, where the basics if perfected, are where the vast majority of people's gains will come from.

I think partials are highly dependent on what lift you are doing. The strength curve wraps around joints, i.e. for a Lat raise, highest activation is at like 45-60 degrees, dumb bell curl around 75 degrees, etc, etc. Compounds are a bit harder to judge, so I'd say Full-Rom...

I'm guessing I've been doing this without knowing what it was? I'll go to failure and then get the weight as far as I can until it just doesn't move at all. Is this different? _I'm a beginner with a nearly established workout regimen_

Yeah, that's pretty much it. The point is to use this while the muscle is lengthened. Keep it us. Pushing it hard is the more important factor. Keep crushing it!
