Thai cooking class.

One of the best activities done while on travel.
Actually I planned this with my travel buddy but she could not join at the last minutes.
I was unsure at first that I felt alone while the rest had their group of friends or companions.
But I think I blended very well and saw myself actively engaging in the conversation and activity. I saw a part of me adapting to new situations, and it felt good. I had this explosion of energy, which drained out pretty well by noon time that my shopping spree at Chatuchak in the later afternoon was the most boring one. I was actually having the shopping trip for the end but ended up buying nothing. was too exhausted.
Nevertheless, the whole three and half hour cooking session just went like that. Some good parts of it were
1. All the recipes were well thought of. exactly what I wanted to learn, too
2. I'm glad that all the participants were Asians. Not that I have any grudge to the non-AP. Just that it felt more at home.
3. Enough time, spaces, and materials provided.
4. Well organised.
5. The host was lovely.
I promise myself that I will try to learn a new skill each time I visit any new place in the future.
