We care about the GM cause when he's a total idiot, he can mess up relationships like Caldwell did with Ramsey. Paying worthless players instead of our stars creates a toxic environment FA stars want nothing to do with, like when Caldwell and Coughlin were here. GM matters and fans CARE especially when things are failing FAR more than succeeding.

Brian you sound like a fool to think there isn’t a reason to want Trent out. He ain’t really hit on other picks in the draft other then the first round pick

The Trent apologist nonsense is so incredibly tone deaf. If you don't understand why the fans feel this way then take your head out of the sand. Stop preaching this garbage while willfully ignoring the blatant issues in front of you. There's a reason why sooooo many executives, reporters, and coaches from around the league are calling the decision to keep Trent an insane one. Take off your teal colored glasses and please come back to reality. These shows are just filled with these correspondents calling the fan base stupid, it's exhausting.

This is the most pathetic attempt at defending the obviously terrible decisons of a bad owner ive ever heard, and its not gonna work. Dont renew your season tickets yall.

Pederson fell on the sword for Press Taylor. Other teams had figured his offense out and yet Doug refused or was unable to evolve the offense. When Trevor missed games from injury it was patently obvious that Doug and Press rode the coattails of Trevor's talent. The offense was miserable without Trevor. Also, I think there was some friction between Doug and Trevor. On several occasions Doug did not defend Trevor in his public statements. Furthermore, Doug did not utilize his offensive and defensive personnel to the team's advantage. It was as if he had a system and expected everyone from the starter to the 3rd stringer to make plays at critical times of the game. Why would you not use your best players when the game is on the line? After making a change at DC last year the defense went backwards. Either Doug did not know how to fix the problems or he was unwilling to make necessary changes. As expected he was not going to publicly point the finger at the GM for a lack of talent. Baalke made terrible free agent choices and his draft picks were middle of the road. The owner knows nothing about football and strongly needs an EVP.

Yes we do care. He has hit on some and missed on many more. Were tired of hearing how nobody wants to work with the guy. And we look around the league and see GMs and coaches gelling. We dont see that here and dont want to hear about issues between coach/gm week after week and how dysfunctional the Jags are. Whether Doug or even a Ben. All we see is disappointment, we want change and its fair to ask for a clean sweep.

As a longtime Pittsburgh Steelers fan, I've lost all respect for Tony Boselli. He's only a company man employed by Shad Khan. I'm siding with Pete Prisco. I forgot that Tony Boselli and Urban Meyer even existed in the NFL. I'm very proud of the ongoing failure process of the Jacksonville Jaguars: they're the AFC South version of the New Jersey Jets with a potential franchise quarterback in Trevor Lawrence, a horrible clueless named GM Trent Baalke, horrible roster and a clueless team owner named Shad Khan. They fired Doug Pedersen and kept GM TrentBaalke codenamed "irresponsible clueless idiot" with missing common sense, an identity crisis and a genuine inability of knowing how to correctly build a Super Bowl championship caliber roster. That's a fantastic display of absolute failure, incompetence and ineptitude. Jacksonville Jaguars fans: you and New Jersey Jets fans deserve all the misery of multiple losing seasons of mismanagement from ownership and the front office. I've got zero sympathy for the Jacksonville Jaguars fanbase being rewarded for their 30 years of loyalty with multiple losing seasons. Jalen Ramsey, being an absolutely talentless cornerback, won a Super Bowl championship ring 💍 as a ride along player for the Los Angeles Rams 🐏. He has zero talent and yet he was drafted by this pathetic NFL franchise. And he won a Super Bowl championship ring before the Jaguars even competed for a Super Bowl championship during their 30 years of existence as an NFL franchise.
