collegeball is definetly a purer form of the sport then NBA cause its a team first attitude instead of ball to lebron,kobe,carmelo or durant and the rest out of their way..second of all in terms of supporting your team,sorry but poor, its hot dogs popcorn coca cola and defense defense shouts wich is strange cause last time i saw any defence in the NBA was back in the 90 s..and at last claiming that only few college players make it to the NBA check out a thing called draft picks..

We are talking here about cheering. NBA clubs don't have cheering fans. Your ''best'' fans, according to NBA players are Philadelphia fans and Golden State fans. That's not even close to Barcelona fans, who have two songs that spins around whole game. Let's not fool ourselves. Some of the greatest players (in Europe) were Americans, but there weren't that much. 80%? Really? Go to Euroleague official site and see yourself. Noone has more than two Americans. Some teams don't have them at all.

American basketball culture is not influenced by soccer. It is more of a show being put on by the organization. Nice stereotypes, steroids? The only thing we use is TEAM chemistry. I'm not going to start an e-fight about US basketball vs EU basketball, since this is a Euroleague channel and I'd be swarmed and ganged on by homers, but really? EU basketball over US basketball? I'm sure we've dominated the Olympics ever since. There's crazy atmosphere during play offs as well, and college basketball in the US always has a crazy atmosphere. Have you bothered watching? Idk if you are serious or what, but American basketball overall is hilarious. Especially NBA. College basketball still can be called basketball, but NBA is a circus. And fans on NBA games are ridicolous, they're usually fat scumbags who can only shout "defense"...College basketball fans are a bit better but they still can't come even close to fans of Partizan, Pao, Oly, Fenerbahce, Zalgiris.
