Recently started moving and just being playful and fun and did things that brought such joy just being flexible and dancing with the pain. I cried tears of joy bc I haven't moved without pain or felt flexible in decades. Thank you!

Just such a beautiful video. Working with partners has transformed my practice into something much deeper than I could have ever done alone. Thank you for the constant reminders and for truly leading from the front.

Can you explain the rules to these partner exercises? Some seem rather straight forward just from observation, but other I can't make sense of, like the one starting at the 0:36 mark.

I also would love to know the basic instructions for that game! I've played a very similar game called ninja with my friends as a kid but this looks distinctly different in some ways If you're interested in learning the rules of ninja here is a short video I just found kzbin.info/www/bejne/bH7XlGpmpdBkZ5Y

Ido took advantage of the capoeira basis he has learned to create new combinations and moves. Good job. But the capoeira moves and balance are endless. See what the B-boy Neguin has created from the same basis mixed with other Brazilian dances and hip-hop culture movements. Guys go for it: Capoeira. p.s: behind each movement lots of history about freedom.
