Sir, We have a Partnership Firm of which the Deed is registered in 26/07/2022. But Remuneration clauses were not added that time. Now we are going to add the Remuneration and interest on capital clauses in supplementary deed this week. My question is as the financial year is already started for the 2024-25 and the supplementary deed will be effective from June 2024, can we claim remuneration for the current financial year that is 2024-25? or we have to wait for the next financial (2025-26) to avail the remuneration?

@@expertcasachin This is as per partnership firms point of view- So is there any limit of profit on which tax is not payable for partnership ??(Like there is for individuals - basic exemption limit 5 lacs) So am I suppose to pay tax on entire profit that I have earned in the financial year ?
