​@@studioaureal ​I get that. Sometimes, I just have to force myself to get on with it so I can finish a video in a reasonable time. The part swaps are so good. I personally really like a masked/armoured up look while still showing the eyes, so the mask + hat fits perfectly. Sorry for the slow response, I'm really bad with my socials. In my case, the line I decided to purchase every figure out of was Racing Miku. I thought it was really cool that each one corresponded to a specific year, and that they were also designed by different artists of various styles and pedigrees.

@@julianx2rl Nice! I’ve been searching for a Racing Miku 2020 which had the same sculptor as the neco figmas. I think it’s cool to see how different artists give Miku their own signature styles, and how figma evolved over the years! ❤️

​@@studioaureal - That's a primary reason I got them right there, it's cool to have the evolution of an entire brand encapsulated within a specific collection. A collection that was built around time progression from the get-go. My favorite is 2015 because it's a knight.

I think the reason Ronin has a different belly joint is because the company didn't want to risk having the same problem they had with the first Lanze Reiter release. That the abdomen was easily separated. Hemet, Samurai and the relaunch of Lanze fixed that bug, but poor Ronin was left behind XD

Really? My Ronin doesn't have that problem, the torso joint is very strong, but I heard that the first Lanze did have that problem.

No, the reason it's probably more simple. Ronin has a swappable torso, that's a primary feature, so they wanted the connection to be a simple downward peg.

@@henryx6817 Ronin’s torso joints were okay, they’re not popping out or anything. I think it’s just to make it easier to swap the abdomen+thigh parts. I’m glad I missed out on Lanze Reiter’s first release 😅

Thanks for the review. Fortunately, I do not regret skipping on this release, mainly because I already have Ronin and Lanze. Samurai looks too similar to Lanze and Ronin fits the samurai look better, so that basically meant Samurai doesn't really add anything more unless I was trying to collect the Falslander line. I'd also worry about that skirt. Not sure if it's pleather, but if it is, it may disintegrate after a few years. I've had nothing but bad experiences with pleather (c/o Hot Toys).

@@archienov Yeah I’m worried about the skirt too. Cant figure out if it’s synthetic or actual leather. Personally I like Samurai more than Lanze Reiter but they’re like polar opposites Knight vs Samurai which is cool. Combining Samurai with Ronin’s head tho is the cherry on top for me 🍒

You’d imagine they would have a similar base sculpt but the 1 year space between Hemet Nethel and her made subtle improvements lalo na sa neck part. If you put her side by side with Lanze Reiter, it looks more imminent sa torso, nech and shoulders. Very subtle. Huge difference I noticed was with Ronin and Samurai’s lower extremities. Samurai has tons of improvement in terms of sculpt and articulation on that segment.

@@studioaureal - The funny thing is that I already got the figures I was looking forward the most, those being E.M.M.I. and the Bikini Armor variant of Sophia F. Shirring, I'll probably get Figma Isaac and Link though. I also got the chance to get the Portal 2 Figmas, and I just got Racing Miku 2023, so that line's complete for the time being. There's a lot of cool stuff coming next year though! Figma Velociraptor and pretty much everything from Hololive and Nikke is looking great, and Ganondorf!
