Awrite Chris bro, i like your channel and it makes sense brother. I'm 44 fae Clydebank, got out of Hmp greenock 3 months ago today. Changed my life around, started Mauy Thai training with a personal trainer. I've got my 3rd class tomorrow morning. Your talks helped my motivation as soon as i came across your channel. The panic attacks come on at strange times when among strange people coming and going like to close to your safty zone. comfort zone i want to avoid people that try and talk to me as i keep myself to myself with people it's a trust thing keeping safe as you can sense danger i put it down to experience.take care you and yours kris❤️

Im the same i need my own space nice and quiet i don't like being out in public much especially with faces i don't know its murder i used to be really social but these days p.t.s.d and a traumatic brain injury make everything harder keep up the good fight bro your doing great 👊👊👊💙✌

A was working in castle huntly (no in the jail 😂) and i got buried in a hole on the road that collapsed. Got rescued by the fire brigade and carted in an ambulance. Pure brass neck screaming in pain while aw the visitors were in sitting outside 😂. Was just to the left of the wee red barrier the way the buses and motors would go out. We had a screw as an escort to begin with, but after a while they never botherer. A was walking about wae a half oz of solid in ma pocket and never even thought a was in a jail lol. Before a actually went in for work a thought the castle was the jail no the offices. The screw told us they had a Canadian woman turn up asking to get in to see the castle cos it was owned by her ancestors, but she was told to bolt, then he said they had a bus of Chinese tourists turn up to see the castle and they were aw running about daft tae round them aw up 😂. They did tell us but you know how to spot a beast. They're either thereself or in twos and none of the other boys will say awright or shake hands wae them. There was one right horrible bastard, who done things to waens but used to go out wae the muslims on a friday (he was white), but he said he wanted to join isis so he could marry young lassies and got carted back up to Peterhead. Our digger drivers pal was in and i think he got weekend release every 3 weeks or something so big mick was planning nights out wae his pal while he was working in the nick 😂

I went to the castle from killie October 06 til Feb 07, you were in the same section as me in murray house a knew a recognised ye when a first seen the channel lol that place was at its wildest at that time, absconders nearly every day at one point, I got sent to noranside from there before release, good times 😂😂😂

Hated the Castle. Time just draaaggsss in Was there about 6 months or so and tbh was glad when I got a return It was a YO’s into the 90’s mate
