About Sierra and Stephen IRL
Hey friends! I’m Sierra Schultzzie and this is my vlog channel with my husband, Stephen. We started vlogging 5 years ago to document planning our wedding and growing together as a young married couple, and the channel has now really become our passion project. We love creating travel vlogs, disneyland vlogs, showing behind the scenes of creating my fashion and lifestyle videos, and all the little ups and downs of our unfiltered, real life. We loved documenting our journey trying to concieve and getting pregnant, are now so happy to be sharing our experience as first time parents to our daughter, Grace.

My family has a tradition of "leftover Friday ". Basically, we have a traditional Thanksgiving but the day after we invite extended family, in laws, friends, random people we met in the store, etc and we all bring our leftovers and play games and just hang out. I get more excited about leftover Friday than Thanksgiving itself

One year mom made it a point to invite every family from church that wasn't near extended family or didn't have anyone else. Newly divorced, coworkers that need someone, anyone. It's my favorite tradition because it was no strings, no pressure, and no judgment.

French person here. We don’t really do cheese boards but we like to pair blue cheeses with pears and for mild tasting cheeses, black cherry jam is perfect! It’s usually more with sheep cheese, which has barely any taste.

I holiday in France a lot and when visiting restaurants (in non tourist areas, this example is from a village) they do a cheese course and it is presented on a board. So interesting!

In the long run it might be worth it to invest in a set of 12 matching dishes and glassware. You can do so affordably from ikea. Many people even do that for their weddings because it’s cheaper than rentals. Also buying one big stock pot comes in very handy. Things I learned from my mom that I’m very grateful for

My family would host a neighborhood holiday party every year and we had a set of party dishes from ikea (like 40 glass plates and a bin of silverware) it made life soooooooo much easier and they were separate from our family set so if anything broke it wasn’t an issue. Also found that buying a cheap set of glasses is a much more affordable and eco friendly than solo cups or other disposable dishes for get togethers.
