Welcome to my channel and today I’m going to share the Tadka sandwich which is extremely flavorful and high protein sandwich. This is a perfect savory breakfast option to start your day right. Even if you’re on your weight loss journey, you can enjoy the sandwich.
If you have doubt eating bread in weight loss, then I would suggest you choose a bread with whole-grain like I am using sprouted oats bread, which is better than regular brown or white bread or if you do not want to eat the bread then you can enjoy the sandwich by spreading the mixture in whole wheat tortilla also.
