வணக்கம் அம்மா, நேற்று நீங்கள் செய்து காட்டிய அடை நேற்று இரவு செய்தேன். மிகவும் சுவையாக இருந்தது. உப்பு தடவையவெண் நெய் .வெல்லம் செல்ல முடியதா அளவிற்கு சுவை எனது தோழி ஐரோப்பிய பெண்ணிற்கு மிக மிக பிடித்தது. நன்றிகள் பலப்பல அவர்கள் சார்பாகவும். நன்றி.

Hai Amma, this is B.LalithaSrinivasan- Mylapore. GM. What you said atlast is not for fun amma. It is real. Even in our home during my childhood my mother used give the balance adai or crispy dosai as sidedish, if there is nothing for thottukka. verrum rasam sadam or sambar sadam or thaier sadam we consume the same with crispy dosai also. Do we soak and grind all the ingredients at the same time? Because grinding soaked rice takes more time, but grinding soaked lentils/pulses are done in few mins. please explain.
