Beautiful painting and great technique, but that’s Pasadena City Hall. It shows up in lots of movies and tv shows because it’s so dramatic. Beverly Hills has a similar city hall building.

It is illustration board from crescent. It’s very thick so it does not warp.

It is a refillable metal box from Artemiranda. The wells are great- they’re double full pan size. The box is only $25 or so. It’s not perfect in craft but it is very handy.

Hi Sheryl. Thanks for pointing this out to me. I thought they were turned on. I'm not great with tech and youtube. I just checked and it said it was on. I'll try to look into this but hopefully I fixed it on here.
