Don't drive on the side lanes when it rains. Stick to the middle lanes. And the cops here really enforce the seatbelt law. Gilley's is now homes and apartments. Also an fyi for those wanting to avoid the traffic on Fairmont Pkwy., use Vista. Less stop lights and traffic.
