One of those cheap regular hair brushes, with the many plastic bristles are a really good back scratching tool. When i was a kid i used to make my mom scratch my back constantly until it was red, it was relaxing and i would completely forget about my day. I especially liked getting scratched if she had just trimmed her finger nails as then they were very rough and course, compared to nails that have grown out which become dull. When finished she'd put aloe vera on it. Sometimes in the summer id go outside in the evenings and get bit up by the mosquito on purpose so i could get a real hard scratching.

I find that those expandable backscratchers aren’t really that good as opposed to hairbrushes. They’re quite blunt and small whereas hard bristled brushes are the best, especially when you scratch your back real hard until it’s red raw and you lay down on something soft 😍

Funny cause my mom made ME scratch, rub and all that good asmr stuff and I never got a massage at all. Even as an adult, I’ll issue them out but rarely get them. I call it life😒

it's really weird that couples don't do this more often... it increases the bond and trust but also the relaxation with each other. It shows you care and want them and you to rest together with a rhythm.

My mom did this when i was young. Siesta is important in the philippines when kids should sleep in noontime. Well kids have problem sleeping during that time and it includes me. And this is the way how my mom makes me go sleepy

Before you start scratching, ALWAYS remove the shirt.

Don't. This is where people can get skin infections. Always wash your hands before doing it. Get the person to wear a very thin shirt so that the scratch marks will impact the shirt not the bare exposed skin

Oh please....are you kidding me? Getting a back scratch with a thin shirt on is certainly better than none at all. It's amateur though. In how many of these videos do you see people with their shirts on having a back scratch? I'd say maybe 3%. The only way to go is shirt off...always. If you're scared of skin infections from getting a bare back scratch you probably don't need one at all. It's like comparing apples and oranges.

Infection? Doubtful. Although i think some subscribers prefer the shirt on which is why I assumed it started off that way. I prefer shirt off to be honest.

Nim Bhharathhan Skin infections are easily avoided if the person giving the treatment, washes their hands thoroughly before giving one and if the person recieving has exfoliation as part of their treatment.
