Very awesome 😎 might also try running with a weighted vest. To get your upper body ready for the weight you'll be running with. You'll be carrying more water than usual. I'm disappointed you didn't use the clip where Spiderman threw sand out his shoes when you checked yours 😂

Glad you enjoyed the video! 😄 We actually have a drop bag that we leave at camp each day and we have regular water stations on the stages so we won’t be carrying anymore kit or water than a normal race. We’re also just back from 6 weeks in the mountains were we’ve run a little of miles wearing a fully loaded hydration vest so we’re pretty well conditioned 👍

We’ve just spent 6 weeks in Chamonix and Switzerland and spent a lot of time running in 25-30 degrees so we should be ok with the heat. Temperatures in Jordan this time of the year do vary quite a bit so it could be anything from 22-40! 🤔

I haven’t even started to edit it yet Lee! Race videos always take a lot longer to produce because there’s lots of footage to go through and we want it to be a great video that showcases Liga’s race. We are also travelling at the moment so it’s hard to find the time that’s needed. We should have it up on the channel in October 👍
