This was a funny and cool idea for a game I liked it very much.

"Pass The Buck" should deserve a revival with the same rules and a new host.

I really liked this Bob Stewart game. Too bad it didn’t find an audience. It could be revived easily.

This game is interesting and underrated

Now "Pass the Buck" is a pricing game on TPIR, ironically and originally hosted by none other than William Lawrence Francis Cullen. Also just found out that this was the lead-in to TPIR (Barker) at the time...more irony.

Also Bob Stewart is another link to both shows.

BUZZR needs to get the rights to this again.
@mitchellries2563 жыл бұрын
Along with all Bob Stewart, Jay Wolpert, Merv Griffin, Reg Grundy, Jack Berry/Dan Enright and Merrill Heatter/Bob Quigly shows (at least that's my preference).
@jonathanashbeck37402 жыл бұрын
Buzzr does not have the rights to air any shows by Bob Stewart, Merv Griffin, Bob Stewart, or Barry/Enright because most of them are owned by Sony Pictures Television nor do they have the right to air Heater/Quigley because MGM owns it but they do air Sale of the Century since Reg Grundy Productions is owned by Fremantle and they do air Whew! I wish they would air Chuck Woolery’s version of Scrabble, Time Machine by John Davidson or Bruce Forsyth’s Hot Streak since all three are Reg Grundy shows.

Is this the only CBS game show from NY, rather than LA?
@banjochris7 жыл бұрын
No, most game shows were from New York before the '70s. This was the last CBS New York game show, I believe.

Million Dollar Password had a season in NYC.

The last game show to come out of New York was To Tell the Truth in 1980. No games were done in New York again until Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.

This show was videotaped at the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York where Letterman produces his show now.

I appeared for two episodes during Pass the Buck's brief run. I was so cool to be on the same stage as the Beatles and so many others...and meeting Bill Cullen, a real gentleman.
