For pancakes, cook them with some bacon grease in the pan. It helps get nice crispy edges and adds that little bit of saltiness that you might be missing.

I have twins that were due today on the 17th they just couldn’t wait and decided Xmas birthdays were not the one and came three months early! 😂 so now they have two birthdays! It’s not just the king who gets two birthdays! Good luck I’m sure everything will be fine! Enjoy those early years! I mean really enjoy them I miss the snuggles and funny little sayings now they’re just moody teens

Might i suggest double stranding colourful yarn with white or black? I do this often and i love the effect, also makes cute gifts for twins or couples cos there the same but not really! 😅 love your work keep it up. Love forward to each of your videos

In regards to the pancakes....letting it sit for 15min will help the flavours get all down with it, also adding spices (vanilla extract/nutmeg/cinnamon) will add a depth and could also use buttermilk, they always taste different with buttermilk.

Krusteaz pancake mix is what we used in the restaurant, add in some vanilla, as well as cinnamon and sugar, and we used liquid eggs vs whole eggs in the mix to make it and milk instead of water. People loved our pancakes at the restaurant I worked at and they were known for their ice cream first and then breakfast.

It's funny to hear you say that getting up before seven is early. I'm a baker, so I usually get up to get ready for work at 3:30-4:30 AM depending on my shift that day. Seven is how long I slept in til today! 😭 I've been watching the vlogmas uploads on my lunch breaks. It's nice to have something to relax with on my lunch, since the holiday season is a lot to handle in food service. ❤

For the pancake maybe try a recipe. it's only flour, egg, milk, salt, butter and baking powder. You probably have all of it except maybe baking powder. It take you 2 to 2h30 to make a double strand benny ? Maybe you can try an "how many in a day" with them ?

I tried out making mittens this year and was shocked at how easy it was. They worked up so quickly, too. The most fiddley thing was working the first row of the thumb back into the chain.

The secret to awesome pancakes (that crispy salty taste) are to 1, use salted butter if your recipe calls for oil…. AND…. Fry in bacon grease… makes a huge difference ❤️💕 Thank you for the video, love it as always!

It's technically still a 4 weight yarn like worsted is but slightly thinner than worsted. We use numbers mostly here but also use terms such as aran, worsted etc. 😊

Recommendation for the saltiness of pancakes: fry them up in a pan with salted butter! It makes the edges slightly salty and crunchy, AND they're already buttered!

Mix 1 tbs avocado or vegetable oil with 1 tbs butter and coat your pan with some before cooking each pancake. The cooked in butter should help it taste saltier :)
