Sardine - 1kg
oil - 4 tbsp
ginger -garlic paste - 1tbsp
shallots chopped - 15 in no:
green chili - 3
curry leaves
salt
cambodge / kudampuli - 3 pieces soaked in water
Dry red chili - 10 (soaked in water )
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tbsp
pepper powder - 1 tsp
fish masala - 1 tsp (Nirapara)
water - 2 cup
