Aunty, you may already know this. The kitchenaid brand has a ice cream churner attachment, that you can buy separately and works with your kitchenaid standmixer. It does the same process you have mastered without the churner. You are such a versatile lady.❤🥰

Try with coconut cream and passionfruit juice, add cornflour to make the cream thicker it gives a phenomenal ice cream. Also don't bother beating it like this liquidize everything a couple of time in-between freezing and you have a lovely nice cream!

Yes it’s true. Bcos I too don’t like instant ice cream using wiping or other instant stuffs. I like as long before my mother was making real way like you n thanks for telling that way. Plz teach us know to make avocado b cos my husband likes to eat avocado as it’s good for the health n to improve vision for my sons eye sight. They ll love it to have it as ice cream for a change.
