after recieving my new d12 i discovered a rear axle hub had snapped during shipping. after finally figuring out how to contact bangnotsogood, their response was to ask me if i could buy the part and tell them what it cost. that email caused me to loose all faith in the company. any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated

@@lancekreis3645 I understand you . do not be discouraged it depends on the operator you find. take a picture of the damage. and see if there are any spare parts at banggood. you see how much they cost and tell them to give you a refund equal to the cost of the spare parts, when they give you ok proceed. it also happened to me with a rivevente and they refunded me the money for the new receiver. it can happen .

@@PassionHobbyRC thanks. ive sent several pics and requested the replacement axle listed in their rc car parts section several times. the operator seems to want me to do all the work for her. last response asked me to take it somewhere for repair and they MIGHT reimburse me. lol ill try asking for the refund for the axle price next. thanks again
