Did Rosemary Clooney, sing (How Much Is That Doggie In The Window)? That was popular back in the 1950's. That was 👍 good when people helped each other. When they were just starting out. I remember when Paul Newton was singing on the Lucy Show.

*Darrin was gone waaaaaaaay too soon!* *So much talent in one package, and used it all very well* *Darin was on 'Sullivan' and met a kid who did a vocal and instrument(s) act...after the show Darin went to talk to him and said "I gotta' song that's PERFECT for you but not right for me because of the key...who's your agent so he can get it for you? Because I don't have the publishing-rights on it"* *Darrin finds-out the kid has no agent, no management, no nothing!* "Listen, if it's okay with you, I'm gonna' call my agent and have him represent you because you've got 'what it takes' to be a great performer...where can he get in touch with you tomorrow?"* *The 'kid' was Wayne Newton, and the song was "Danke Schoen" which was a huge 'Hit' for Newton that started a 60-year career for him* *100% true story, and it all came from Newton himself* *What a great guy he was, to do that for Newton who just happened to get a 'lucky break' for an appearance on the 'Ed Sullivan Show' that could 'make or break' a career in those days* ( *The Beatles' did the same thing for MANY other artists and bands, giving them 'free songs' for others to play that John/Paul had written!* *James Taylor got his 'big break' from McCartney who signed him to "Apple Records' when Taylor was unknown* )
