Love these shows, thank you for uploading. Great to see Jack Cassidy, David was the splitting image of his father, may they both RIP. And poor Nan (2nd female) she was so excited every time she bounced around her head ,her beehive would come apart, guess she didn't use enough Adorn hairspray.

@@Ryan-on5on I've seen old "What's My Line?" episodes with her. She was good at probing the contestants with questions, which no doubt goes to Jack Cassidy's assessment of her as an interviewer. A cocktail party with her would have been quite an experience.

I'm surprised they don't use words that rhyme more often as the clue. They seem to use that only when every other clue has been exhausted, and even then they don't. For difficult words, I would think it would help alot.
@elspethcoogan14994 жыл бұрын
RJ Walker The host Allen Ludden discouraged the use of rhyming words as clues as he thought it might confuse or mislead fellow contestants. He mentions this in a couple of shows I have seen explaining that the rhyming word, though making sense to the contestant giving the clue, could be interpreted at face value as a definition of the word to be guessed. Although, I have on occasion seen a rhyming word used and it has made sense to the contestant and they have guessed correctly.
@rjwalker41534 жыл бұрын
@@elspethcoogan1499 Interesting, I didn't know he discouraged it. I can see how it could be taken at face value if done early, but lot's of times they get down very late after several clues and everyone knows the general category. All the answers are close. A rhyme at that time would help.

Playboy pornography and so-called work (playgirl) spells HELLfire in eternity! God is never mocked! People fornicate, commit adultery and other kinds of sexual immorality and psych away their minds and hearts as if God cares less. See Proverbs 1:24-32, Galatians 5:19-25, Revelation 20-22. Repent! Repent! Repent!
