This felt all over the place sadly maybe its just me but Urahra should not be surprised at all. Listen mate a word of advice I can see you put effort into making the reaction but It's truly enjoyable only when the characters we know and love behave in a Canon manner this felt like the characters were sometimes acting as they would in the anime and more times as they would not for example Kiskue being surprised of anything regarding Ichigo would not be cannon he knew about the boy before he was born so he should have more of internal monologue when seeing something like the vasta lorde form maybe something like so the Hallow inside him posses such destructive power.
