John M Jones you’re right. And, what’s great if that both can exist simultaneously - we can and should be as present in the “now” as possible AND if you believe you have lived other lives, it is okay to take a moment to explore them and take away any messages that might help you in this one. 💜
@JourneyWithJayniHypnotherapy4 жыл бұрын
SevenStarsASMR it is a big concept to wrap our heads around. I understand. We know that “time” is simply a construct - an illusion. So, without it, there is no “future” lifetime - there is only all lifetimes happening all at once. I have honored this belief/theory here so that no one felt confined to only visit what we consider “past lives”. Of course these are only suggestions....

When I first met my husband 30 years ago, I knew him, as if he had been in a previous life with me. As he was dying this past August, he kept saying he didn't want to leave me, so I told him we had found each other in this life, and I was certain we'd find each other again. As I was listening to this, I was so very hopeful that I'd be able to see us in one of those previous lives, but just couldn't relax enough. I'm going to keep trying, though.

(This is just my personal experience) The first time I tried this out, I was very sleep deprived and had a lot of trouble sleeping. I clicked on this video searching a way to escape the unresting feeling of tiredness I was feeling constantly. As the minutes passed, I felt a prickling sensation all throughout my body. Honestly, I feel as though I had “shifted” into another reality, yet it felt like sleep. I tried it a few times over the next few nights and found some of the best sleep and dreams I could have ever asked for. My dreams were adventurous and enlightening and I woke up energized. If you’re looking for something or someone to tell you that this will work, this is me telling you; IT WORKS. Whether you fully shift or if you simply get better rest, it works. I would highly recommend and will be using this when I feel sleepless.

We had soft sheets and i felt like i was in an old cottage on a cool autumn morning. We had a dog and a child together and i could hardly take my eyes off of him. His face wasn't clear but i knew it was him. I asked if we always love one another and he answered that we do. When it was time to leave i had to convince myself to return. I was so filled with joy. Oh my goodness, that was amazing!! I cried so many times throughout. When I first started to leave my earth body I saw my partner out at work, and I saw how sad he looks and how much pain he is in (he has mental health problems) and I cried because I felt so sad for him. Then I left the earth and when I came back down, I was an elderly lady in Germany. I had a chicken pen across from my house, and I was an artist. My house was filled with my drawings and paintings (I can't draw to save my life in this life!). I had a gold wedding band on but I got the feeling my husband had passed on. But I had a beautiful greyhound, curled up by the fire. He was grey. Then I don't know if I will explain the next part correctly, but I'll try. I had a son who was a man by then, but the soul of my son, is now in the body of the man who is now my father in this current life (so now he is MY parent, but back then I was his parent). This makes so much sense to me, because ever since I was a small child I've had a sense of wanting to take care of my father and worrying about him and making sure he is safe, etc. Like a parent would, even though in this life, my Dad is a fantastic parent, and is MORE than capable of looking after himself. I cried again when the realisation hit me, that he'd been my son. I really don't know why we have swapped roles though. Not sure about that one. Thank you so much for this!

I was a young girl somewhere in a tropical place, looking out a window at the ocean rolling up onto the shore. Very sunny. Large palm trees. And then I got a glimpse of a tiny red house in a forest or ravine somewhere. It felt like home. At one point I was in the suburbs somewhere, talking to a friend who was laughing and walking to her car. She had a military uniform on.

I was alone, sitting around a campfire in a forest. I felt safe, like I had a stone wall or something to my back. My four fingers on my right hand where only half as long as they should have been...like they were cut off. It felt like an old wound, a punishment for standing up for someone or taking the blame. I liked wine and forest animals. I didn't see anyone around me and felt incredibly lonely. I felt like a man. How old, I couldn't quite tell. My body was very achey though. Even though I was lonely I felt content with my life. The advice I gave myself was just sort of that: is okay that you're lonely. And my other self told me he loved me. I did sort of cry. No intense water works, but definitely many single tears. I felt a sense of connection, of deep love and understanding I don't think I've felt in a long while. Thank you so very much. I always had an "imaginary friend" since childhood who I still have till today. Last night when I travelled I went to the past but in another world, i remember thinking it looked a lot like a mix of 80s and 1900s england but still very different. it was a smaller planet , similar to earth but more beautiful, I walked down the street which was filled with falling flowers from pink flowered trees and little houses that lined the street, the sky was pink and there was a flat ocean down the street that sparkled in the light. I couldn't tell if it was morning or evening but it was beautiful. I walked into the body of a young man with light smooth skin and brown hair who wore brown leather shoes and a wool coat. He was such a sweet and quiet man but also lonely. He was a little unhappy because he wanted to be a musician but was a cook i think he smiled sweetly and wished more for his life.He told me to be happy. I also saw someone else there who said in 2020, I havent met them yet, he was my neighbour in that life. Then I left his body and he waved at me. When i came back, i realised all along my "imaginary friend" was me in my past life and I could feel how much he (I) loves me. It's amazing because it explains so many things I feel in this life like how much I want to be a musician (but instead I'm a painter now but I play piano) and how i always felt I'm from another planet and dont belong here and also my irrational fear of cooking because it makes me sad.

I briefly visited couple of different lives. In one of them I was a winged unicorn. I was able to fly so high with my strong wings. I do often have dreams in which I'm able to fly (without wings). But now I was this magnificent magical creature with wings. The main life I visited was in a body of a man in 16th or 17th century. It was in a rural area, maybe in England. I had a wife and kids (two?). I don't know yet if they were people I know in my present life. I was always chopping wood. Always, always I was doing hard physical labor, and my hands were rough from working so hard. But I had a passion for writing. I still do.

I listened to this specific regression - I love Jayni's voice, I closed my eyes and lay in bed at night and was listening to this and instantly felt at ease and felt safe hearing her voice. There's only one small issue with this specific regression technique, it requires that the person has the ability to go OBE and that's something maybe 1/1000 people can achieve reliably; consequently I was not able to get a result with this specific technique, but I am still happy I found Jayni - I have subscribed :)

same here, my dreams have brought me more clarity than trying to separate my spiritual body from the physical. i think the reason I've seen so many universes and seen them over and over again, with their many different people and stories and complexities, in my dreams, is because I remember who I was. at some point in time, .. it's strange. sometimes my dreams come back to me in a rush. sometimes deja vu is more than just a 'creepy feeling' for me. sometimes it really has genuinely happened before.

Having encountered some during therapy for PTSD, I've been a USAAF fighter pilot, Native American girl killed in a fight with a rival tribe, Roman senator, Roman soldier, Norse woman obsessed with finding her daughter's murderer, and some Bronze Age scumbag who died unnoticed in a storm at sea. There was a lot more to it than this brief rundown and it could have been just weird ramblings of an untethered mind, but it was interesting and talking with my last "self" from WW2 cleared up some remaining problems I had once I had processed the crap from this life.

@mitchkelleher79724 жыл бұрын
@@musicforthedarkroom121 It first came up randomly as part of therapy for PTSD, but I later followed up with a hypnotherapist who did PLR specifically. You might be able to find someone local to you who does this, and probably most hypnotherapists can do it. All it really is is basically getting into a very relaxed, meditative state and they guide you back and ask what you see. I didn't have any apparent control over what I saw, it was just whatever came up when they asked to go to a significant event or how I died or whatever, but the "lives" just popped up. It was definitely a strange experience. Some of the things I would see sort of like short gifs with a larger story that I kind of felt the details of as if it was fact. One was this real brief flash of coming out of a cloud bank head-on into some yellow-nose Messerschmitts and the guy heading at me climbed as I dived to avoid a collision and I looked up as he passed very close above me. I had the thought: What a shame, such a beautiful plane. Then I thought about how lucky I was that we chose the opposite evasive action. Beyond that brief flash, I somehow knew that we were low on fuel and ammo and suspected the Germans were in a similar state as they never came back around for us. So, yeah, is it "real", I couldn't say, but it was interesting and memorable nonetheless. (And it seemed that my mind purposely tried to block verifiable details from me. When I was guided to look at my aircraft, I could see that it was a P-47, but the cowling flashed different colors like an angry squid as if to prevent me from determining which Fighter Group I belonged to by what color or pattern was painted on it. All I could find out was that my name was John. Not too helpful.)

@@fighterflight I didn't spend a lot of time seeing that life, but my impressions were that his only relationships were with women he paid for more than once. He was an unpleasant, incurious person who couldn't even maintain a friendship. Here's my experience for anyone who's scanning the comments for stories. Lol: I very quickly (before even finishing the countdown) became a little girl, no older than eight. I was in a brown, dress and a thick cap and I was playing in the snow with my older brother outside a log cabin in the middle of a clearing. My father was watching us. Then, suddenly, I was in a bed with a quilted blanket. The room was icy cold and there was little else in it besides my bed. My father was waking me up in the morning and the light from outside was bright white. Finally, I returned to that same day when I was playing with my brother. (Idk how I knew it was the same day. It just was.) My father was carrying me through the woods. I don't know what was wrong, but something was definitely wrong. I was holding onto him really tight and watching the snowy path behind us. I could feel my chin digging into his shoulder and smell the leather of his coat. I just remember thinking "I miss him so much". I came back with tears down my face. I had been crying over someone I barely recognized. I don't even have a strong bond with my father, but I found myself longing for a father from my vision. Surreal experience. Thank you so much. I'm gonna go continue to cry a bit. Lol.

I've tried this ASMR past life regression twice, and both times it worked pretty much instantly. The first time, the experience brought out the past life fully in my dreams, and the second time which was tonight the memory came on even stronger than the previous ones did. Following this video, I saw several past lives I lived on another world in the ancient past, and it bore out everything I've experienced in the past life memories that have come to me before prior to using this video to regress to that ancient era. I got the impression that, in the past lives I've recalled using this video, I was in the process of attempting to transcend my humanity in various ways due to being unhappy with myself for various reasons... with sometimes rather frightening or unexpected results. In this life, I've always talked about transcending limitations to better oneself as a person, and there is of course always a light side and a dark side to such transcendence. Thankfully in this, my present life in the here and now, I've got a better handle on what transcendence should mean compared to going too far with such a notion and losing oneself in the process for a time. But that is the thing with past lives... some can be bright and wonderful memories, whilst others might be terrible to recall but necessary to remember, nonetheless. Since our mistakes and even some of our past failings can teach us a great deal about how better to succeed in the present and thus how to chance one's future for the better. Heavy and profound stuff! Amazing experiences. I would very highly recommend this video for anyone curious about undergoing a past life regression... it works in some pretty intense ways. 😀

Jayni, I have a few of your videos saved in my "sleepy" playlist and I was already asleep and woke on the backend of this particular video. I had a fairly profound dream, in direct relation to your video and guidance (i presume). I won't get too specific here, but thank you, this dream assisted me pulling out of a severely dark place yesterday ... so thank you. I don't know if you believe in parallel universes and living multiple lives at the same time, but essentially my dream showed me making the mistake I was about to make, in another life similar to this one, and the immediate aftermath. It woke me with the profound urge not to make the same mistake and has helped pull me out of that dark place where i was consumed by the darkness and at my limit yesterday. So thank you.

I have been having trouble sleeping due to stress and anxiety at work and I just happened across this video. I can't believe this worked. I fell asleep at around 12 minutes in. The only problem is I woke up when you started doing the countdown. I don't remember anything that happened but when I woke I felt bizarre as if I were about to float out of my skin. I'm still having that sensation now and then today.

I went to a past life in ancient Egypt. Like back in the pharaohs days I could see these beautiful sandals wrapped around my feet and I was a darker skin tone. I had a beautiful body and black curly hair. I was walking around my home at night that was lit with torches and the pillars that held it all up were huge and I could see beautiful colored hieroglyphics. Then I was laying in a huge bed that had sheer curtains around it and I got flashes of my children’s face. 2 of them were the same faces of my children now and then I saw a couple more but their features weren’t enough in the light to where I could see them perfectly. I felt like being a mother was my purpose as my 2 girls smiled at me in their beautiful clothing. When I looked around at the land it was beautiful and full of lush crops..... this was so amazing!! I have always felt a strange connection to ancient Egypt. One time I even dreamt I was there and was speaking Egyptian! Thank you!!!

Excellent. As an Eternalist, we often postulate that reincarnation is possible, however due to the processes in nature, it is so rare that it is ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. We hope through research and development, to find the links to speed the process, maybe even direct a life toward their next life.

I just.. blacked out around 15 minutes and immediately woke up when you said “return to your body” what does it mean if there’s nothing? Though I got a little scared during the silver cord thing. I was able to leave when I inhaled but went back to my body everytime I exhaled.

When we can't remember seeing or experiencing something in a trance or hypnotic state it might be because we are simply not ready to receive that information. BUT be aware of your emosions and thoughts throughout the week and keep trying this hypnosis session. You are opening up with every session and soon the information will be made available. :)

When I came into the new soul, he was rock climbing in a beautiful scenery with mountains and a pale blue sky. It was a boy (a youngish middleish teenager maybe 14-16) who had long bony fingers with lots of brown freckles throughout their whole body but I couldn’t pin point a specific face. He had one friend behind him that was enjoying the scenery as he/I began to too. The friend had brown short hair with a nice tan. When I started to drift away, the boy said or communicated to me “Don’t let fear get in the way of you living your best life.” I have kinda bad anxiety and paranoia (not self diagnosing) and it can get in the way of me doing fun things so I think he was trying to communicate through that. The scenery had beautiful mountains in the summer time with a clear ocean in the distance. It was weird yet calming because I’m in a blanket rn and as I went deep in the state I couldn’t feel the blanket and just felt a warm breeze throughout my body.

I can't believe this went for an hour, I felt like this was only 15 minutes max. At the beginning I was a soul flying through the sky of a dying planet that was dark with a dim light horizon. Afterwards I was some strange powerful spirit that was only a pair of floating colour changing eyes and small mouth. It felt that it was giving me strength, exactly what I've needed lately. I felt none of my physical pain or sense of touch throughout this seasion and that really surprised me.
