I’ve been following Laura’s channel since that first no-bake key lime pie recipe, and let me tell you, I’ve never looked back! I grew up in a family where no one cooks so I’ve never learned... I couldn’t figure out how to cook chicken until I was 24! No word of a lie! So funny that earlier this week I was thinking of attempting to make pasta alla Norma and then this video went up! So helpful, I’ve never been able to cook eggplant very well! Thank you Laura!

I make the exact same recipe.. except I coat the pieces of eggplant with flour. Keeps them from absorbing too much oil and I always salt the eggplants abt 20 mins before cooking.. it draws out the water as well so they would hold their shape once fried. Delish dish!! My family loves it
