Pasta Grannies

Pasta Grannies

Күн бұрын

I want Giggina's kitchen! Also I want to be able to have Sunday lunch with her on a regular basis. Find out why in this video where she makes gnocchi with meatballs and beef (veal) rolls cooked slowly in a tomato sauce.
Many thanks to Luciana Morgera for her help in finding women on Ischia.
KZbin also filmed her at the same time, and she appears in their Spotlight video about Pasta Grannies - you can watch the video by following the link in the community tab.

Giggina is such a sweetheart & great cook, i really like this recipe with gnocchi, you know i'm irish, 56 yr. old man & i love Italian food, especially gnocchi, as pasta is to Italians, potatoes are to us Irish, yes the stereotype is true, lol, Irish folks love potatoes, lol.
