Did you harvest the head meat also? I’m not familiar with this crab, maybe it’s not as appetizing as other’s brains lol. Looks delicious!

Thank you for your comment! This crab is popular in Japan. It's not that difficult to remove the breast meat. Crab paste: The insides of the head are creamy and delicious. I'm sure it would be well-received if the crab was fresh (it depends on the type of crab)🎅
