200g bacon.
1 onion.
1 eggplant
200 g raw mushrooms.
2 cloves of garlic.

bin zwar erst bei 0:12 und muß sagen, daß Öl im Nudelwasser zwar dafür sorgt, daß Nudel nicht an Nudel hängenbleibt, später aber auch Sauce nicht an Nudel ! Neugierig vorgespult muß ich aber sagen: T.O.P. ! ! ! 👍🥰👍 + Danke für Inspiration & Rezept 😎 PS: ich liebe es, wenn diverse Gemüse (Brokkoli, Prinzessbohnen, Möhren und andere) nur leicht angebraten/angekocht werden und man beim Beißen noch ein Quietschen hören kann. Das macht a. einen gesunden Eindruck und b. ich habe nicht für € 20.000 neue Zähne, damit ich Gemüse zwischen Zunge und Gaumen zerquetschen kann 🙂 Aber was Anderes: wußte die Oma wirklich schon, was Kräuter der Provence sind ? Meine Oma ist "vor Adolf" geboren und damals gab es gerade mal "Eis-Italiener" in Deutschland ! Ich will Dich wirklich nicht veralbern, aber es ging mir nur durch den Kopf. Du machst hier einen verdammt guten Job & ich wünsche Dir alles Gute. Abo läuft
