This is the best pasta salad you will ever eat! I made this for my family of four and it was gone in one day! I substituted cucumber for celery and it was great. Dressing tastes like a yummy Italian bread dipping sauce you might get at a restaurant and the fresh basil and garlic really add a zing! So good!!!!

I’ve made this 3-4 times already. Absolutely love it. I added tomatoes, cucumbers, green bell peppers, sweet corns, red onions and sausages for protein. It was absolutely delicious! I also substituted red wine vinegar with simple vinegar.

I love having a good pasta salad on hand both as a side and as a quick snack or lunch sub (just add a little protein - I like salami, but grilled chicken works, too). So good!

Oh my!!! I just made this and I loved it, it tasted sooooo good, the garlic, the basil, the Dijon mustard add such a great flavor. I didn’t have wine vinegar so I used organic apple cider vinegar and it was still amazing. Thank you so much for your great recipes, I’ve made many of them.
