I enjoyed this and it’s helpful! I would love to know what brand of collagen you’re using with your morning coffee. I’ve heard soooooo many differing opinions about collagen absorption, types, and brands-it’s confusing!

Hi. Came across your channel this week. Enjoying your videos. Today I made your roasted chickpeas which was a hit! 2 days ago, I mase this ice cream! Because I was so excited to try, I did not wait for the bananas to ripen properly so the ice cream wasn't as sweet as I would have like BUT I definitely enjoyed how easy it was and today right aftwr church I drove to the store and got myself some coca powder to try chocolate flavor. I also picked up alot of bananas and just gonna be patient this time to let them ripen properly! Thanks for sharing your love with us! Have a safe and blessed week❤

Hello. I recently came across your channel and am enjoying watching your recipes. I tried this today and I was surprised at the nice crunch. In my home country, we deep fry it and of course that's not a healthy way! We are careful with diet and don't eat fried foods so had to give it up for years now. BUT now with your recipe we can once again enjoy a childhood snack and not worry about it being unhealthy!!❤

I have been watching your videos and purchased your cook book, I love the info. But I don't understand a simple way to measure my protein intake. Is it as simple as measuring the grams on a food scale of the cooked protein?

Holy cats., how did I never know about 15g of protein in the collagen! I think I can try collagen again in my coffee given that new motivation! Now I need to figure out how to be able to bear touching raw meat. I find myself relying on the already cooked and bagged refrigerated chicken breast that I KNOW is not healthy in the way having actual fresh chicken for my big ole summer salad. I wish I liked to cook. I don't like dark meat so I can't get a nice rotisserie chicken to help me along. Sigh...

Hi Dani. As usual, you come up with another great video. I also enjoy cottage cheese for breakfast. But, here's my recipe for you to try! I mix the cottage cheese with crumbled Feta ( French feta is the best), some freshly chopped Parsley, Cilantro, Basil and Chives (add some salt and pepper to taste). I really taste great with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers on a toast. Enjoy it.😀

Looks and sounds delicious! Just wrote it down in my recipe journal! Glad to see you use Good Culture cottage cheese, the BEST cottage cheese on the market! Full of those very healthy probiotics that kill the bad bacteria in one's microbiome! Thanks~♥♥
