Video by they own are nice, calm, simple, i like it. Some recommendations for knife technique - if you use spyderco or any pocket knife try cut always tip down. Even its big blade and you cut onion. Its more safe end easy to control. Just cut all food like a ham - tip down and slice back to you, not in front.

Questions: Is that a does the brand of cube matter, cause I never knew about consomme until now? What type of cheese? Does when you add the milk matter? In the show, the milk was added after the pasta finished cooking. Thinking I might have to go to an Asian market to get the right brands.
