Absolutely beautiful work! I didn't realise how amazing pastels could be, but this owl is incredible! And now there's another medium I want to try... ;)

thanks a million for doing these tutorials 👏 I've recently restarted colouring after meningitis brain- and nerve damage, so I have to work very very different than before. These videos makes my life so much easier, you wouldn't believe it 😅 You are an amazing artist, thank you so much for helping out. I'd be even far behind with out these valuable tips and tricks and knowhow about the different types of pencils and papers.

Great video Jason, thank you. Tell me, what is the colour of the pastelmat paper you're using here. I have only ever used Ingres sand coloured paper as used by Colin Bradley. I have never really got on with it. The pastelmat pads I have seen are either white, or various mixed coloured paper pads. You seem to be getting first class results here with whatever that paper is.
