Oh Katie, you underestimate how many of us love to hear you talk about anything and everything and nothing. Personally I really struggle with depression and just listening to your enthusiasm and peppy voice is so helpful no matter what you are talking about. Never thought 'pastel' and 'popcorn' would go together but those colors are awesome! ... I have recently fallen in love with air popped popcorn, drizzled with olive oil, lightly salted and seasoned with rosemary and oregano. But I always love good ole buttered popcorn too. Oo and my grandparents do popcorn in a unique way: my grandfather has a pretty significant dairy allergy and can’t have butter, so they drizzle their popcorn with leftover bacon grease from breakfast and that is a nice treat once and a while.

I'm obsessed over popcorn as well! Just buttered, salted popcorn. When I was 14 I had my first job at a library. My mom, dad, and sister went away for a week for vacation, but I was committed to my job. My mom put food in the fridge for me, but I HAD POPCORN THE ENTIRE WEEK! I cooked it in a pot on the stove, added butter/salt. I even brought it to work for lunch. I think back and can't believe I did that! Enjoy your soap anniversary!

I love caramel & kettle corn. My great great great grandmother would let me have popcorn from her tin whenever we would visit her. Get to play with puppets and hangout in a hammock in the back yard. Didn’t get to know her more than that, but I’m glad she kicked off my popcorn habits. :)

I found out ten years ago that I'm quite allergic to all manner of corn products. Popcorn is one of the things I miss most. Light butter with lots of salt, lots of butter (still lots of salt)- these are what I grew up eating. Yum! This was brilliant. I was totally surprised by the end result- the pink stripey bag just nailed it for me. So stinking super cute!!!

My mom used to make home made caramel corn! It was SO GOOD! I teach Sunday school and have a kids class on Wednesday at my church as well. Every Wednesday (just about) I make microwave popcorn. I haven’t been able to eat popcorn in about 10 years (because I developed a corn allergy) but when I could, my favorite was something we called “campfire popcorn” which is of course popcorn made in a pan shaken over a campfire and then drizzled with real melted butter and dished up in a paper lunch sack while you’re camping. I went to a lot of summer camp, Girl Scout camp, and choir retreats as a kid, teen, and young adult, and have fond memories of eating popcorn around a campfire. Plus real butter is truly the best. I’ve tried it a few times with popping sorghum which I can eat and looks like mini popcorn, but it just isn’t as fluffy.

I'm obsessed with popcorn of all kinds. When I was a kid my mom taught me how to pop kernels in a pot and we'd flavor the popcorn different every time. I make popcorn in the mic using a silicone popping bowl so i dont get the crappy stuff but still easy. This is cute and the energy is perfect as usual. If it were me i would do all the drizzles and then put the popcorn embed on top of everything. It would not only be set off by the pink and blue instead of getting lost in the frosting color but also it wouldnt be covered up! By the drizzles. 😘😘😘😘

Chicago mix popcorn!!! Caramel and cheddar cheese popcorn mixed together - had a co-worker introduce me years ago, and it became a staple on the unit as a treat for the staff. You wouldn’t think it works, but it does!!
