I have a question about the top coat brush, whenever I use it for the second time, the brush gets stiff on me, why is that, what am I do wrong using the brush?

Hi Ora! Prior to the application of the Rossi Top Coat, please always make sure that the Rossi Activator is completely. We also suggest cleaning brushes entirely, not only the bristles but also the lid after each use to prevent the hardening of the brushes.
