No fancy speakers, no auto tune, just three dudes that know what country is and can play and sing. This is what country’s supposed to be.

Told this man in 2011 when he played for 40 people at the yoakum gin and feed that I’d lose all faith in the Texas country music scene if he didn’t make it big. This was right after his manager howie came up to me, after my now wife and I were dancing to every song as I sang along to every lyric of his album a different day, and asked how I knew all the words since he had just released the album a month prior..the free merch was awesome but knowing that I was right years later is an amazing feeling that I feel when listening now days.. I hope he keeps making people like me feel that for years to come.

Music doesn't make you country, either does the vehicle you drive or the jeans you wear. Country is a genre of music, a lifestyle you choose to live.
