Glad to have seen this video as Pastor Chuck was my main first Christian church pastor in the late 80's and early 90's and all the other CALVARY Chapel pastors I had listened to as well as non Calvary pastors who were on the air in LA radio spaces back then. God be glorified for the way he uses the word and people to spread the Gospel message. Without others sharing the gospel with me I would or likely may never have come to accept that I was in need of a savior. JESUS.... We ALL are in need.... Amen !!!

My first pastor also. Horizon had their baptism at mission beach where Pastor mike baptized me in 1979. I’ve read every book he’s written and they are all great. I live in New Hampshire now but miss San Diego! We even had an album made on a New Year’s Eve in 1980!

i used to go to north park theater for 6 years and turned my life back to the Lord and many have changed because of that moment i found my Jesus again.

In '76 when I moved back to California a friend used to DRAG me to Calvary Chapel in Costa Mesa. Where I'd hear Jesus Freaks like this man, it was one of these FREAKS on the beach in San DIego that God used to draw me to His Son. I pray like this ol freak for a REAL awakening among the youth today. Dave Hunt is dead and the men who taught us are movin on. I think the people of the Jesus Movement owe a debt to these men to become an example and beg God to use them to influence the world today.

Recently, from the pulpit, Pastor mike macintosh endorsed pro same sex marriage and pro abortion mayoral candidate kevin fauulconer. I've called the church office several times for a clarification but mike has always been too busy to speak with me. I'm just one guy. Please help me call Horizon Christian Fellowship to get mike macintosh to explain this.

Wow Don, this shows what a lack of maturity and applying scriptures to all areas of life leads to. This MacIntosh fellow never grew up evidently. Smith was a leader in confusion ultimately with so many false predictions of endtimes, etc. The problem is these guys don't let the scripture inform scripture particularly with prophecy. It is so sad Don. These guys simply have not allowed scripture to transform their minds but have been molded by the "culture" around them.

When a teachers says he believes..we are in the last days.. doesn't mean he's prophesizing..It's an opinion not a prophecy..please show proof..where ..when..he gave a false phecy?
