Romans 10:9 and 10 is a lot like John 3 16 it's telling you that you can be saved John 3 and 5 tells you how to be saved except you be born of water and of spirit you cannot enter into the kingdom of God Romans 10 9 and 10 and John 3:16 there is no water and no Spirit Acts 2:38 is the true plan of salvation

And? They have to be Saved, Born Again like everyone else. Whites, Blacks, Mexican, yellow, brown, Jews, Germans, Russians, Chinese, ext. Makes no difference, no exceptions. You must REPENT AND BELIEVE THE GOSPEL.
