But when I've asked him for counsel.... many times as a member of BBC.... he truly was tender and kind..... patient and still very wise. I know he isn't a perfect man..... but God has used him very much in my life. For my joy... for my theology of suffering and God's Sovereignty. I thank God for his work

What a blessing, I got the benefit of watching a conference on the internet I would not have been able~ except for AI algorithms found it. I love listening to Dr. MacArthur preach. Dr. Piper will be my next! This is such a blessing ~thank you so much! I love the pastors of antiquity ( John Owen, my favorite) have been so inspired and by watching their sermons. This interview was so encouraging, uplifting, and critical to the body of the Lord right now. In an anti- God culture that is so degrading towards men at every turn, this was sweet, refreshing, and full of godly wisdom and experience from two faithful shepherds. May you all preach from this conference on fire in His Spirit and in Truth. We need good preaching like never before with integrity to the scripture….unashamedly, boldly, and in His courage.

Television can cause distraction in one’s life…..it brings the world into your home., and for the most part it lies to you and controls you. You can’t have a television if God uses you to write a tremendous volume like the book Providence written by John Piper. It’s probably taking me as long to read it and absorb it as long as it took him to write it. John Piper is an example of a true servant of God. I say that also about John McArthur as well.

1cor 5 talks about judging those inside the church The verse you quoted was from the sermon on the mount , when jesus was instructing and talking about pharisees who judged people who broke the law when they couldn’t stand anywhere near the perfect standards of God in first corinthians chapter 5 , we are instructed to judge people in the church who we believe is falling away from Gods standards. Not for our importance or self praise but so they can be guided back to Gods love
