Not a lot of people knew what these snippets from Raging Wrath were back then when they did Merry Go Bye Bye live. I had a copy from the tape trading days and fortunately got to see this version live. I still prefer Dannys take on Sudden Death over Daves.

Yeah they always played the raging wrath songs as snippets live once merry go bye bye made it in the set. I find the changes they made to some of them to be pretty neat. Like having a horn section occasionally in it.

This was a fantastic gig to be at, although thanks to my mate buying the wrong type of tickets and acting like a fanny when the guard came around, we were thrown off the train and spent the night on Milton Keynes platform. I heard the magic act that was supporting them was meant to be with them at Rock City the following night as well, but they bailed after what happened to them at this gig, due to the assistant being a miserable cow. I can still see that plastic pint pot arcing through the air...
