So many memories. Me and the boys sitting in our deck chairs around the fire. Its 2am we all are to tired to go to our tents. We are all half asleep. Are backs are freezing but our faces are warm from the fire. We wake up to the fire almost out and the birds chirping. Times were better then :/

I would love to find a soundscape that is like when you are trying to go bed during summer camp, you know that occasional golf cart or someone laughing or yelling. Not exactly relaxing but its a fun experience.

Cool! I will do that. After spending years taking every type of sleeping pill and still not getting any sleep I was amazed that this video knocked me out cold. Yes i agree, i can also recomend ^^ a hot tea of lemon balm tea "its helps the body relax", along side with a routine dose of exercise to tire the muscles ... one or the combination of the 3 are preferable then taking pills... : ) wish you well !

Nothing more relaxing than strolling on the beach, then later settling into my campsite in my tent to fall asleep to the sounds of nature! Ah! those were the days!
