I’m hoping to snatch decadence but those smaller palettes look stunning. Thought about getting one for my sister for her bday since her hubby and daughter are low key Star Wars fans. I’m old so I remember seeing the first one in the theater and thinking how amazing it was. I lived overseas and my mom has to have foot surgery about an hour away so my dad took us to the movies. Of course the effects of the newer ones are much better but for the time it was awesome.

Loved your ideas and really enjoy your chatter. I always dismissed Pat McGrath as I thought it was too expensive for ten eyeshadows, then Ritualistic Rose hit, it was beautiful so I dipped my toe into the PMG experience. Divine Rose appeared, beautiful again, so I fully immersed and bought my first big palette. Now I really get it, the whole experience. It’s been my birthday and the Black Friday sale at the same time, I now own Motherships V and VI. I’ve done a total 180 on my feelings towards PMG palettes. I was going to put adding to my collection on the back burner to till after Christmas 🎄 but now the much coveted Decadence palette is coming back and it’s gold. I’m writing my letter to Santa, I’ve been a very good girl . . .honest 🤞🏻😊😂

I love that you combined both Rose palettes together. Beautiful looks as always!! I have both as well and I always love when you combine multiple palettes of hers. Hi Alicia, I really enjoy and value seeing multiple looks using these palettes. I, too, feel the need to slow down the purchases and enjoy what I have - from recent purchases to the sheer volume of makeup that I own and have barely made a dent into some of them. Bella Aldama Well, I’ve only ever tried her mini palettes, (mini lila and mini star), and I like them both. The Metropolis formula is definitely better in my opinion. The mattes are a cream to powder formula so there’s literally no fallout. They’re very pigmented and they blend very easily for me. The metallic shades are super smooth as well so they go on nicely and last a long time. There are only 2 of her high-shine shimmer shades in there however and I do get some fallout with them. But if I use my finger it’s fine. I definitely don’t think you’ll be disappointed if you get it.

You are absolutely right about spending money on new makeup. I purchased the Natasha Denona Gold palette during her Black Friday sale and I'm not looking to get anymore palettes. I only have 2 eyes (small spaces to put this stuff) so there's no need to add more. I need to make do with what I already have and really, I can. I'm not a Star Wars fan, but Pat maybe the only person who can get me to open my wallet again. I may pass on the Decadence palette since she's re-released it a few times over the years. And some of the shades I already have in MetalMorphisis (if I don't I can get them in singles), but that Dark Galaxy palette has my name on it.

Hello Alicia! The Star Wars collection is such Nostalgia! I just love that Pat McGrath has picked up on creating something for its conclusion! Clearly, we see how sci fi and futurism has impacted McGrath in her own sense of style and creativity! It makes sense she would pay homage. I probably won’t pick up the Decadence palette since I have just gotten one. But, I LOVE that gold mothership! 😱🤩😍 I will try to grab the two six pan Motherships. The colors look STUNNING! kinkysweat you have seen there is also the two 6 pan Motherships? Galactic Gold and Dark Mothership. Those intrigue me more. I appreciate the new cover on the decadence palette. But, unless I didn’t already have one, I don’t think I will purchase it. I do not need two. It’s good lacquer container is beautiful! Uncertain why she possibly didn’t just place the colors from the two six pan palettes and create one new amazing gold release for the final installment of Star Wars. Actually....🤔💭🤩That could’ve been a really cool limited ed. A 12 pan gold limited edition Mothership in correlation with the last Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker. 💫💫💫💫 But,.... I digress! I just bought the quad. When I looked on Pat’s website it was sold out. I wrote to them and they said it was a limited release and they would not be restocking...disappointment! Pat’s is a thinner texture, and I feel presents the duo chromes better. Whereas Alba is a more traditional powder. But very creamy!!!

My company decided they needed headshots of us and I panicked because I can’t find my brushes (I know it’s crazy but I can set something down and lose it it 5 minutes). I thought I’d test out if luxury shadows could be applied just with my fingers. I was a bit tentative because I have long nails so I wasn’t sure how well I’d be able to get into the inner third of my lid. I have to say the look still came out really well though I forgot to take into consideration how much more hooded my lids have become in the year or back issues and not wearing shadow. That’s on me but otherwise even the mattes went on beautifully. I didn’t even think to use a base. Super impressed. Trying to decide between divine rose and metropolis for my Christmas party. I’m wearing a navy dress and my brown and silver (natural color) hair should have some pink highlights by then. I own Divine Rose. At first I wasn’t feeling it because I just couldn’t get my looks together. I’ve been working with it this week & I think I finally like it! And speaking of Natasha Denona.. I have yet to hear anything about my Black Friday order from them. Been well over a week & all it says is confirmed. I just want my stuff 😩😩😭😭😭
