This was gonna be a skip for me since I don’t love the packaging, but now you have me reconsidering 😩 lol. Bronze Nova, Citrine Envy, and Nirvana are freakin stunning. I’ve also been waiting for Corrupt Copper to come back as a single but I think I’ve accepted it’s not happening lol. It works well in this collection.

What some people don’t realize about Pat McGrath’s eyeshadows is that her palettes may look like the same eyeshadow colors are being used but, they are not. You have to swatch them to see what magic the Queen has in store with her vision. I learned this the hard way because I missed out on some of her palettes because they looked similar but, they aren’t. Alicia, like always, thank you for your review. It was worth the wait.✌🏽

I was a bit ambivalent about this latest drop because I thought it was the same. But I went online a few days ago to look at the colours closely and they are beautiful and now it’s in my cart!! I’m still debating whether to buy the quads with it. Right now you get a bit of discount if you buy both quads with the larger pallet. I just wanted to make sure they aren’t the same quads that have already been out ( all of which I own 😆). It doesn’t seem so. Any ways. Welcome back. I hope you enjoyed your retreat. I much prefer the color story of celestial divinity which is one of my fave palettes, but I do appreciate the upgrade in packaging from the new collection. That being said I still won’t be picking up celestial odyssey but I enjoy watching the vidgeos 😅

I bought this, and the bundle with 1 face and 1 quad. No regrets. It's going to be my travel palette. -- I have over time collected 6-ish singles that live in my go-bag... Where Pat really has my heart is with ease of use... I can create a lovely eyelook in my car on my way to work without an issue with them.

If I thought I would use it, I would get it ..... but seeing as I haven't touched last years palette, I'm bowing out on this one. I think my aging, crinkly eyelids are rebelling against shimmers etc. They seem to behave very well with mattes tho, so all is not lost. Awesome, awesome review Alicia. They way you "dance" around the palette, pulling adjectives from every angle, makes watching your vids an absolute pleasure. 💗💗💗💗

I love this accessible cardboard format. I mean since when are we like ooooh plastic so luxe... 🤷🏽‍♀️... I get it's shiny but to me it's just bulky plastic that is a pain in the arse to store. What's pretty is the secondary packaging which we all keep and what is that? Paper! Why do we like it? The artwork. I have a few motherships so I am not dissing the packaging, but both are great in their own way. Also, you know, I'm such a Star Wars nerd and I missed out on the collection! At least I was able to get the beautiful shadows to enjoy... If you're not a star wars fan and your first release palettes are just sitting there unloved, post that shiz on mercari and I will buy it from you with ZERO complaints about duplicate shades. 😜😍🥰

Also cardboard is much much much easier to recycle compared to plastic which is almost impossible to recycle. I am on a no buy, and the amount of plastic packaging empties i have gathered is concerning.

@@ioannaioannidou4201 I can't say I have ever recycled a PML palette, but should the need arise, that is very true! I am currently transitioning my wardrobe to mostly natural fibers. There are some things that make sense as a poly or poly blend, but at least I am limiting new purchases of synthetic fibers. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I try to be eco friendly, but the majority of my household waste is in consumer packaging.
