SHIPPING UPDATE: As of today, 10/15, still no shipping notification from Pat McGrath for my early access order placed on 9/27. I emailed customer service over the weekend and at this point, I think they are just ignoring me.

Your rant is totally understandable! I'm a PML Stan, but reality is reality. I'm still waiting for my palette. I'm enjoying all the tutorials on this palette. I already know the jam with PML, most of the time I get my packages within 2 days of ordering, but sometimes new launches take a while. I'm sure it will be here next week. Can't wait! Love your eye look, very pretty! Glad you like the palette.

Hi Shannon! Thanks for this review. Pat McGrath's customer service has always had issues. I haven't purchased any of her launches this year and the fact that she didn't release a Mothership at all makes me think that her brand is having issues. Plus now that you watched those smaller 5-pan cardboard palettes (I have quite a few of those as well) I think I will be fine using what I have.

This bundle thing got me too as I got all the eyeshadows too! I managed to get my money back with the difference (but they told it was a one off - which made me quite upset! )

Sorry that you had such a bad experience and hopefully you will get your other palettes soon. It was very helpful that you compared the shades with the 5 pans. And I would love if you can do it with the other quints too. I feel like the starfall could be a bit similar to the lunar nightshade quint.

I bought the pallet from Sephora and it came overnight. It is a really beautiful pallet and l am not disappointed. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience and l think they should have sold the bundles at the launch like they have done before. I want to try your look, it does look so nice on you. I'd like to see your looks for the other pallets when you eventually receive them.

Hello Shannon, I am from the Netherlands and ordered the Mega and one of the quints. The bundles had no effect on my order, but I hated to see it, especially after I asked for it on Instagram...I always try to combine it with an extra mascara or eye pencil... The order went through a strange route, the shipping center is in the Netherlands (40 km near our village...) but it was first sent to Brussels in Belgium (another country)😂 But it was shockingly fast at our address, so that was very nice, I I have already created several looks with the palette, there are beautiful combinations, I don't necessarily have to use another palette, although I often do. I usually look at my clothes and adjust the makeup accordingly. I was waiting for reviews from America, but never saw them coming. I'm happy with your review. Customer service is not great, luckily the makeup is.❤ You created a beautiful look, your blue eyes pop

Hi Shannon, thanks for the video! I think this is a very justified rant. I wouldn't buy a Pat McGrath palette anyway because they're just too expensive. Also, my personal taste is for boring matte eye shadow. However, I enjoyed seeing what you did with it!

Hopefully the customer service can do something to make amends for those that purchased during early access. And maybe they need to listen to reviews and comments to alter their approach. Do you know if she does those common sales she does on her site anymore? I think I cut back my email output from them and I can't figure how to update that.

Yes, I fully expect a Black Friday sale. Last years face palettes went to 50% off but they weren’t that popular either. I don’t expect anything will be done for those who ordered early. It’s clear they don’t care.

I ordered the Mega palette, a duo, and a quint (and another under eye powder I needed)…and I don’t have any of it yet. I don’t even have a shipping notification yet. 😐I want to cancel my order and just get the mega palette and my powder at Ulta. Ugh! I’m excited to have a whole large palette in the beautiful quint formula! I loved the look you made!

They could give me no timeline for when it would ship. 🙄 because of their “overwhelming demand” They said I could return it when it did eventually get here. Ah ok. Yes, I totally get that. I usually skip the mega palettes for that reason but this one caught my eye and I thought it was the Made in Italy that’s in the Quints which it is. But you definitely don’t need it. Stay strong 💪
