For me personally, Denzel and SK would be a very bad choice for leadership role, Eli I can't really say but Jay is the guy who is closest to T in terms of mindset and working. Jay and Eli will be better than anyone else to lead the gang forward and we need someone to keep the guys in check and under control which obviously Patar is not able to do and Denzel SK can't do.

Denzel wasnt much of a leader his position was more like a secretary. He delt with money and the business side of things. A leadership council/ high command of like 3/4 members to guide and assist patar with big choices would make the most sense. Then it isn’t reliant on one person being around and a variety of opinions can come into the mix, imagine jay sk and elz in patars high command and helping decisions and enforcing/checking - it’d work really well.

SK when he was trying to get the chain was the shit and would had made for a great 3IC. It all went downhill after that with constant SBS and not putting any effort into anything. He had great potential and just turned into another Dean with even worse drama shit. Denzel is way too similar to Patar and a yes-man to balance things out. Jay would be good but he really doesn't seem like wanting to lead. Saint is way too nice to tell people off. Eli, Ved, Moses and the rest just want to fuck around and not have responsibility.

Ok my opinions is that the best options for 3ic is Jay, Eli and Ste even though he is a hang around he has taken command before Ste and Jay are so alike it’s crazy but also good imagine if Jay is not around Ste then takes over and if Ste ain’t around the Jay takes over or if they both ain’t around then Eli takes over. My best choice though is Jay I hope he gets given the chance to prove it to everyone and it’s great to see a lot of people agree for it to be Jay. With the 3ic role you have to be opposite to what Patar is for it to work and that’s why it worked so well when Adam was 2ic and Patar was 3ic. I know no one likes Adam and I don’t knowing what has happened but I give my props to him he did a good job in that role and who do I see taking that position Jay or Eli is the best options with even Ste being up there as well for me but he probably won’t since he’s a hang around only but the friendship Jay and Ste got together is so amazing they think so alike and if they put a structure for them both to switch if one of them ain’t around then it would be amazing but I don’t see the rest of the people in the Mandem listening to Ste sadly.
