If you type in "NBA 2K16 Speed Boost Cheese" in the KZbin search you'll find Tons of videos where the community themselves were calling it "CHEESE". So if the community is calling it "cheese" and by definition its an exploit, then expect the dev team to "cut" it eventually. One of the main things people like me need to learn is not to always do LT defending. It sets yourself up to get your ankles broken and you only need to do it if they're driving in or not trying to break your ankles. If you can't stop doing LT defending, at least stop moving when the crossover animation starts. Always works for me.

Speed boost are for people that are ASS at the game, it's there only way to get open. Ex: one of my friend was trash at the game he could not score of the dribble, now that boi be cheesing in every way possible to score.
