Quality of life update needed on mirror systems. Should be able to tap system you want to go to, screen shows cost of tokens, then click to warp to whatever system. Instead of one at a time system jump.

Priority should be fixing bugs, stability, more QoL and adding many many more ships to the IA. There are still so many loops that are much older than what we have now and they add a new ship and loop every month. They also need to look at the dailies, very early on those become meaningless rewards for most of the daily events.

Brownie points for the SS Relevant (🤭) f2p path day 1. Sadly, scopely loses points for the El Aurian sms. Takes forever if you don't have Relevant or maxed pilum, etc, to hit bigger hostile (it's a heroic in all but name). I do like the new sourcing for CT. QoL sounds good, but again, scopely really needs to do more to fix lag. I can't do Arenas and WD because of it.

It's a silly little thing but on the topic of QOL and less clicks I'd like to see them do away with having to double click for building, ship repairs, research, things like that. It should auto ask your alliance for help. Unnecessary action that adds time especially if the game is running slow.

This is huge, wonder how the event will be in practise. But the biggest thing for me is the MUCH faster UI. My biggest annoyance for a long while has been how every.... single... click... took ages to get you somewhere. Thats much quicker now!

Lots of good intent here but sadly some new bugs arrive with all the fixes. QOL on gift chests has gradually got worse. At first one click gathered all chests in the bundle. Now you have to click done multiple times to collect all chests in the bundle. Some of the other exchanges are indeed reduced to one click, but then they dont grey out so you wonder if it was done, click again and get an error message! Hopefully they will sort some of these minor bugs and the overall QOL will improve as intended.

The click boom, is actually, click....wait for the animation to finish, boom. The normal Gift claiming "Claim All" button is not working as it was before the update. Now each claim now pops up to be claimed. They will get it fixed. But out the door, there are some issues.

Well… this month is going to be a grind, the El-Aurian hostile event will take hours as can’t scratch anything other than lvl44’s (4 per hull and need to kill 380 at that lvl) and I don’t have enough Trit to repair enough times… The QOL stuff is improving things now so that’s good…

Teething issues aside (cough), the features look really good. Updating the events are long overdue. One gripe is that at Ops 52, the Battlepass has 4* ship parts. Would have been nice for them to be 5*.

3:49 the weeks they do different events (incursions, faction hunt, mega cube, etc) they should suspend the normal weekly events. Having 1 week off from normal is like getting to take a vacation from work, because sometimes stfc feels like you're clocking in and working a 9 to 5.

Ok. There’s a lot of good stuff in here. I know I’ve slagged off scopely in here and deservedly so, their contempt for the non whale playerbase has been palpable. But there is a lot of QOL in this patch that’s been screamed about for months, even years, finally being acknowledged. I will not however thank Scopely for QOL because that’s the bare minimum I’d expect from them anyway, but I will acknowledge that they’ve done them. There has been a definite upward trajectory in the last two months and I suspect it’s got rather more to do with the light to average spenders like myself simply withholding money till Scopely pulled their finger out. Am I likely to buy a battle pass for the first time in 9 months? Probably not, I want to see if this is a permanent change of focus and not a knee neck reaction to a diminished revenue stream.

Not sure about the new dailies... seems like a lot of them require material spend. The old ones were a useful way to top up uncommons doing officer upgrades/recruits etc.

Thanks for the video as always. I already started collecting my boxes and hope my experience is post patch lag that will clear up in a day or two. The refinery boxes still ok, but the the faction boxes are slower than they ever were. you hit the button and it's a few seconds later the rewards float to the center freeze for a few more seconds then goes away. Also, when will they make the elite fed/rom/kli recruit tokens move from a 24 hour cooldown to a 22 hour cooldown? That should be a simple fix.

Well I sure hope these QoL improvements pan out. I do appreciate that they've been adding them. The UI really just needs an overhaul at this point, but in this case something is better than nothing. However, I still don't see any fixes/improvements for Arena matchups. I'd like to see that get worked on. @Rev - Quality content as usual. Thanks! Edit: These new dailies are awful. Sad nothing new in the AI ... happy for adjustments to events though I want to see the results before judging it as good. Really I just got to 42 and I was shocked that events were not really providing 4* gas/crystal/ore and just 3* often ... hope that is fixed.

Rev, sorry to approach you here like this, but i have had very bad experiences with the customer support team from the game. Very unresponsive and not helpful. Do you have any idea how to reach out to a competent customer service rep? My game has been so messed up for a while and after this latest upgrade it just has gotten worse.

Can't lie - I'm kind of shocked at the positive comments so far. At present, I can't refine anything except Materials and as a mid 20's player there is NO sms event. Apparently they only thought about players under level 38 yesterday so events being added later today. But right now this is a resounding F for me. So far, new event calendar seems to be missing in action 🤷‍♀

This event for the holiday tokens sucks, they have finally done it. No wonder I have been spending a lot more time away from this game. Only thing that keeps me is the people. But they are slowly leaving. Time to rethink my free time. I don’t have several hours just to complete one new event and I am not spending on another new ship just to play. Scopely should now really do something about the amount of grinding, loops and what you must collect. This game becomes a second job. My wife is going to file for divorce soon. It seems like they are trying to force people into liking PVP more with all these new officers and events. I don't get it. We have a lot of content that is not PVP to contend with as it is. Making more loops to learn and new ships to go with the loops, I know is for money making, but it isn't making me want to stay with the game. I spend at least $20/month and usually $30. They are going to lose some of us by continuing to push this new stuff.

low lvl get F all again. most f2p are as well these new events are almost impossible to complete without putting in $$$. for a mobile game they want people to put in way too many hours its become a full time job without being paid.
